Summer is not vacation time at BMW headquarters. In fact the activities accelerate during the hot days of summer. Here are some of the events we have sponsored and facilitated already;



SYNERGY: Furloughing missionaries come to re-charge their batteries for their next term











AREA DIRECTOR RETREAT: This is the major planning and training event for key leaders within BMW


CANDIDATE ORIENTATION: Potential missionaries spend two weeks being interviewed and prepared for deputation. I spent a lot of time teaching











· PRE-FIELD SEMINAR: Missionaries getting ready to leave for the field for the first time spend two more weeks in training





BOARD MEETING: The governing body of the mission met to provide over-all leadership for our mission



Now, a week to catch our breath before heading off to Europe for a conference with BMW missionaries working on the Continent, the UK and Ireland.
