I spent the week with the leadership team of BMW. Here is a picture of some of them. This is the one time during the year when everyone gets in the same room since we live and work all over the world. We are so different from each other… but we are so united in the one cause of “establishing churches around the world.” We studied the subject of leadership together. We worked on projects and updated ourselves on what is happening around the world. We prayed together. We worked on some future initiatives for BMW and upgraded some systems. It was a full and rich week that ended at Jim N Nicks… great southern BBQ. Now on to two weeks of Candidate Orientation.
